After years of trying to conceive we finally went to see a Fertility Specialist to be told that I would be starting pre menopause in about the next 3 months, my egg reserve was extremely low and my chances of falling pregnant were less than 5%. This was when I was 37. A week later I fell pregnant but sadly we miscarried. BUT I still did fall pregnant so I believed that it would happen again. After years of taking temps, charting, timing, and going crazy it still hadn’t happened so we saw a Fertility Specialist again. We were in the process of accepting doing IVF with donor eggs when I decided to see Connie for my mental and emotional health and of course as a last shot of falling pregnant naturally. I was a mess, always crying, not coping every month at that dreaded time, announcements of other pregnancies etc. After just my first visit, I felt lighter than I had in years, a little stress had been lifted and I was a lot less teary. I only saw Connie for about 7 months before I fell pregnant. But in that time every month I got better and better. My stress levels dropped, I wasn’t an emotional mess anymore crying at ads on the TV. I felt good! Another amazing side effect was my periods became pain free. I suffered terrible period pain my whole life and for the first time I felt nothing when I had them. It was truly amazing. Then of course the real miracle, me and my crappy old eggs (and my hubby of course) made a baby at 41 Years old. Years after supposedly starting menopause (which still hasn’t happened at 44). My pregnancy was great and he was born at 38 weeks just perfect. After that we thought that was our miracle, so we stopped trying but didn’t prevent either. After a year I went to see Connie again, mainly because I missed her and her sessions but I also asked her to perform another miracle, she just (lovingly) laughed at me. But I fell pregnant again this time at 43 and had another awesome pregnancy and welcomed a beautiful baby girl into our family. I tried every potion, diet and supplement in the book. I was a total sceptic when I first went to see Connie. I thought, how can someone rubbing your feet benefit you so much? "I found Connie during my journey of trying to conceive our second child. Unfortunately, like so many women out there, falling pregnant is not an easy task for my body and I was willing to explore any and all natural alternative treatments and therapies that were available to me before going down the line of medical intervention and medications. Connie, I just wanted to write you a quick note to thank you so much for my Shell Essences spray. It has become a staple in our daily routine! My 4 yo will ask for the spray when she is feeling a bit average and I think its very empowering for her have something that she can use herself for when she is feeling a bit ‘yukky’ (as she likes to say) . I keep mine at my desk and its wonderful to give me a boost and I find it immediately invigorating and soothing, especially when my workload gets a bit stressful. I have suffered from Lower back pain & sciatica since an accident in early 2000’s. Also had a number of losses to family & home which contributed to situational anxiety & depression.
I have tried a number of treatments such as physiotherapy, acupuncture & massage. I was extremely surprised that without knowing my ailments Connie was able to tell by manipulation of my feet.

26-11-2014 Hi Connie I just wanted to say how much better I'm feeling since coming to you. I've suffered from back and neck pain from a car accident years ago and have tried chiropractors, remedial massage, physio etc. and have only gotten one or two days of no pain. Since coming into reflexology as more of a natural approach, it has been the best treatment so far. My everyday pain has been dulled and I no longer think about it 24 hours a day. Thank you Connie for your time and knowledge and if anyone is skeptical try it, you won't be disappointed.
I would like to say the shell essence has been a big life saver for my 9 year old daughter who is bothered by spirits and empathetic towards other children. Since using the "I am safe all is well" shell essence she has no night visitors waking her up. She uses it every night before bed and sprays her bed and body before hopping into bed. She even takes it to school to use if she has to. We now have 'Just me' as well to get rid of any negative energy from others. I have to admit that I use this one as well and find it works instantly!
